One of Ithaca's Unique Healers

25 years of experience with wellness

A licensed, professional bodyworker since 2000, I draw on years of clinical experience, study, and intuition to provide an individualized healing session that is catered to each client's needs.  My combination of acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial therapy gives me a unique combination of tools to manipulate soft tissue, influence lymph and the brain, and promote wellness.

Treatments to tenderly nurture and relax you, helping to rebalance the stresses of modern life and make you feel floating and free again.

Soft tissue, auto-immune, and emotional wellness are among many of the reasons clients seek treatments with me.

Acupuncture needles being placed into the skin by a hand

Acupuncture

Hair thin, flexible needles are gently inserted at the body's acupuncture points to free the flow of blocked energy, leaving you feeling more relaxed, revitalized, and clear. Many different health complaints are effectively addressed by acupuncture; the WHO recommends acupuncture for disturbances ranging from stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, to digestive problems, musculoskeletal pain, and women's health issues.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craiosacral therapy is a profoundly relaxing, light touch therapy that benefits the brain, nervous system, musculoskeletal system, and organs. I have been practicing and teaching craniosacral therapy for nearly 30 years.
